Beyond our standard seal product lines, Ultra Seal also supplies precision machined components to support your complete sealing assembly; seats, riders, bushings, bearings, back-up rings, spacers, and more.

Every part is machined to your exact specifications, built from your supplied drawings, prints, or samples. Whether you need a single prototype or full production volume, our team works closely with you to ensure each component meets tight tolerances and performs reliably in your application.

Parts are most often fabricated from PEEK or reinforced PEEK, prized for its high strength, excellent wear resistance, and reliable performance at elevated temperatures. We also work with PTFE and UHMWPE compounds, as well as other engineered thermoplastics, to match your pressure, temperature, chemical exposure, and wear requirements.
